Sailing and Diving
Had the privilege of sailing down around Peggy’s Cove.
- Getting packed up to go out on the water
- Watching for a buoy to anchor to
- Located a place we wanted to dive
- Getting suited up
- Patrick and Lee getting ready to jump in, queue the underwater film shots
- Patrick entering the water
- Lee flops himself aboard the inflatable
- Getting dried and in the back you can see Lee attempt in vein to get the water from his ears
- Having a post-dive snack. Somehow food tastes better on a boat on the ocean, under the sun
- Getting everything packed and stowed
- Getting the boat ready to sail
- Lifting the sail
- Last check of the deck
- Bringing up the anchor
- Giving an idea of the list
- In the distance we can see the famous silhouette of the Peggy’s Cove lighthouse. From the boat we could see a flurry of camera flashes as we came into shore; wonder how many tourist shots we were in that day
- Gratious enough to invite us over for supper, Lee’s parents hose down the diving gear
