Photography
Dave & Kate Nichols Wedding
Below are the photographs I captured on the wedding day.
Climbing
With David and Kate visiting, we decided to take a trip over to Cliffhanger so they could see how it was done out west.
Faces of summer
Random snapshots from the last few months, in no particular order
Sailing and Diving
Had the privilege of sailing down around Peggy’s Cove.
Lunn-MacDonald Wedding
Having the honor of an invitation to the wedding of my good friend Wayne, to his new bride Emily, I brought my camera to document the day. Tagging along with the official photographer, a lot of shots are from wedding party photo session. Normally I’d comment the photos, but I wanted to get them online [...]
Bennett Rd, Clarington
On January 3rd, we paid our respects to the recent casualties returning from Afghanistan. Braving the cold, many lined the bridges as the convoy carrying Sgt. George Miok, Cpl. Zachery McCormack, Sgt. Kirk Taylor, Pte. Garrett Chidley and Calgary Herald reporter Michelle Lang made the trip from CFB Trenton to Toronto.
Eat me drink me
To celebrate the birthdays of two very special ladies, Pam decided to take it upon herself to throw a party for both Jen and herself. I think even Lewis Carroll would approve of this unbirthday.
Nova Scotia & Family
This maybe the last collection from the summer, and likewise, the last of the colour for a while. I still have a pile of photos worth sharing, so who knows. Since I spent most of my trip with him, a keen eye may notice the Patrick ratio is quite high in this set, apologies.
Black toenail
I had the “pleasure“ to climb Golden Ears last weekend, a feat from which my feet are still recovering. The camera I bought for the trek was a woeful disappointment and if I had any blognalistic bone in my body, I would write a review which no one would read. Luckily the store took it [...]
Rusty
I’m having a terrible time colour correcting the photos from this summer, so I’m posting them as-is. In addition, I’m my hope is that by switching to a more rebust and auto-wizard (read: trite) blogging system, it will motivate me to post more materials instead of fighting with the software. As always, contact me for print [...]
Great Pigeon Lake Fishing Show
Great Pigeon Lake Fishing Show. More rice than pigeons.
Skiing
Marking the first installment of the “How I spent my summer”, a favorite pastime is to strap on the skis and head out to the lake. Though there are often creative differences between the driver and towee on speed, direction and apparatus a fun time is always in store.
